Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 September 2026

These terms cover the services FAID LTD provides, including the messages and calls you receive from the FAID business line. They are written in plain English on purpose.

01Who we are

FAID LTD is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17147679, based in Great Harwood, Lancashire. You can reach us at fin@faidagency.com.

02What we provide

FAID designs and builds websites, brand assets and AI-assisted creative for businesses, and runs a business phone line for talking to the people we work with. Each piece of work is agreed in writing before it starts, with its price, scope and timeline. Those written agreements sit alongside these terms; where they differ, the written agreement wins.

03Messages and calls from the FAID line

When you contact us, or agree that we can contact you, we may text, call or message you from our business number. Messages may arrive as SMS, or as a branded FAID conversation in your phone's messaging app (RCS) where your phone and network support it. Messages can include photos, videos and files relating to your enquiry or project, or secure links to them.

04Acceptable use

Please do not send us anything unlawful, abusive, or that you have no right to share. We may stop replying to, or block, a number that does.

05Your information

How we handle personal data, including message content, how long we keep it and your rights, is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: message content is kept for up to 24 months and voicemail for 90 days, then removed; you can ask for a copy of your conversation, or for it to be deleted, at any time.

06Our responsibility

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for messages that your network fails to deliver, for delays outside our control, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of something we did wrong. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

07Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
